Commercial insurance for software risks.
We source cyber, technology E&O, and D&O proposals for software companies. We explain where the coverages meet, which limits are shared, and what each policy leaves out.
Data & systems
Cyber liability insurance
Cyber insurance for incident expenses, interrupted operations, and claims involving customer data. We compare the terms for your software business.

Product & promises
Technology E&O insurance
Technology E&O insurance addresses customer claims that your software or services caused financial loss. We check the services covered before recommending a policy.

Leadership & capital
Directors & officers insurance
D&O insurance for covered claims against company leadership. We review terms around financing, board changes, and investor allegations.

We explain how the proposed terms apply to your software and flag any open questions before you decide.
Three policies that answer different problems
Technology errors and omissions responds to allegations of covered errors or omissions in the products and services you supply, on the terms the policy sets. Cyber is usually written with both sides in it: your own costs after an incident, such as breach response, notification, and interruption of your systems, and liability to others arising from it. Directors and officers responds to claims against the people running the company; employment practices claims are frequently written separately rather than assumed to sit inside it.
One event can reach more than one policy. A breach that also breaks a service commitment may engage both the cyber and the E&O wording, and which responds, in what order, depends on the definitions, exclusions, and retentions in the policies actually issued rather than on the sequence of events. We read them as a set, and check where a customer contract has already fixed a limit or an indemnity you need to meet.
